The Bibs & Cribs web site is comprised of various web pages operated by Bibs & Cribs and is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.  Your use of the Bibs & Cribs web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.  Bibs & Cribs reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Bibs & Cribs web site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Bibs & Cribs web site.

Shipping & Delivery
Standard Delivery is available to the U.S. and Canada only.  At this time, we are only able to ship freight items to the U.S.  Bibs & Cribs is not responsible for any further charges that may be levied by any other entity regarding shipments to Canada (i.e. Customs). 
Standard Delivery of clothing, accessories, gear, and some small furnishings are typically shipped via ground service carriers such as USPS and UPS.  For in stock and non-freight items, your order should arrive within 5 to 7 days of placement.  While Bibs & Cribs strives to carry inventory on most things we sell, certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  In those cases, please allow an additional 3 - 5 days for delivery.  If your item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and email our Customer Service department at customerservice@bibsandcribs.com or call us at 1-800-985-9227 Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CST within one week of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
As always, orders over $99.00 ship free anywhere in the U.S. and at a discounted rate for Canada*.  Please reference the below table to determine specific shipping costs, which will be automatically calculated for you on your order subtotal.

Large furniture items, typically referred to as 'freight items', require special consideration in shipping and delivery.  Due to the oversized nature of these items, and considering the highest customer service, we have contracted with best-in-class in-home furniture delivery companies.  As a result, these oversized items incur a freight delivery surcharge as noted on the product information page.  This surcharge will automatically be added to your item total in your shopping cart.  Deliveries are scheduled within a four-hour window, typically Monday through Friday during normal business hours.  If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call the delivery company in advance to reschedule.  If for some reason you fail to meet the driver during your scheduled delivery window without rescheduling, additional charges may apply.  If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days, applicable storage fees may apply and will be due upon delivery.
To provide our customers the most flexibility possible, we offer four levels of delivery service for freight items that are shipped via in-home delivery.  Please use the following guide to help you determine which level best fits your needs.  If you do not see an option that works for you, please contact us and we will be happy to make alternative arrangements.
  • Bronze - Two (2) person delivery, placed inside the main threshold.  This option also includes up to two (2) flights of stairs, prior to the threshold.  If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, delivery will only be available to the first dry area or garage.

  • Silver - Two (2) person delivery, placed inside your home in the room of your choice.  This option also includes up to two (2) flights of stairs.

  • Gold - Two (2) person delivery, placed inside your home in the room of your choice.  This option also includes up to two (2) flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and set-up limited to 15 minutes (no usage of tools).

  • Platinum - Two (2) person delivery, placed inside your home in the room of your choice.  This option also includes up to two (2) flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly limited to 30 minutes.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added to any order that is shipped to an address in Texas.  Sales Tax will not be levied on orders that are shipped to an address outside of Texas.
Returns & Exchanges
Bibs and Cribs strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a shopping experience that is second to none.  That said, if you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.  All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.  Unfortunately, Bibs & Cribs cannot cancel orders for, give refunds, credits, or exchanges for customized items, discontinued items, or sale items.  In the event the original item purchased is no longer available, Bibs & Cribs reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and likeness.
To initiate a return, please call us within 14 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) that will be valid for 14 business days.  Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item to the credit card used for your purchase or ship you the item that you selected in exchange.  Please note that if an unapproved and/or used item is received for return, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.  Additionally, shipping charges cannot be refunded by Bibs & Cribs unless there was an error on our part.  This applies to items that were sent free of any shipping charges as well.  Given the nature of shipping, we encourage all of our customers to send any returns via insured mail to protect you from lost or damaged items.

Order Cancellations
Bibs & Cribs strives to ship all orders as quickly as possible.  For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed.  If for some reason you do need to cancel your order, please email our Customer Service department at customerservice@bibsandcribs.com or call us at 1-800-985-9227 Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CST and we will do our best to accommodate.  If your order has already shipped and you would still like to cancel, please see our return policy for instructions.
For large furniture pieces, commonly referred to as "freight items", please read the below carefully:
Shipping Damage - We suggest that both the box and the item for each freight product be thouroughly inspected immediately upon receipt.  Due to the nature of in-home furniture delivery, our carriers operate on a statue of limitations for filing damage claims that vary from carrier to carrier.  As such, it is better to handle these issues as quickly as possible.  If you do receive damaged freight, please note this on the bill of lading and email our Customer Service department at customerservice@bibsandcribs.com or call us at 1-800-985-9227 Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CST.
Product Dissatisfaction - You must retain all original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your item.  In the event that you wish to return your item, simply repackage the piece in its original packaging and email our Customer Service department at customerservice@bibsandcribs.com or call us at 1-800-985-9227 Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CST.  If you have discarded the original packaging and wish to return the item, it is your responsibility to procure new packaging in such a manor that it will reduce the risk of shipping damage.  Additionally, all items must either be strapped or shrink-wrapped to a pallet for safe travel.  Any damage that results from failure to follow these instructions will result in a reduction in the amount of your refund.  You may return any item, for any reason, within 7 business days of receiving the item for a full refund *.  All refunds will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the item, once we receive the item in good condition.  All return shipping charges and associated activities are your responsibility.  After 7 days it is assumed you are satisfied with the item.
*All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Manufacturer Defect - You must retain all original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your item.  In the event of a manufacturer defect, we reserve the right to replace or repair the item as we see fit.  If you insist on returning the item because of a minor defect, and do not allow us to make an attempt to repair or replace the item, you will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee along with the freight costs of the return.  If in fact your item does have a manufacturers defect, please email our Customer Service department at customerservice@bibsandcribs.com or call us at 1-800-985-9227 Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CST within 3 business days of receiving the item and we will assume all reasonable expenses to fix any problems.  Please be prepared to let us know exactly what the problem is, including providing phots of the defect if possible.  Our promise to you is that we will make every attempt to resolve any issues as efficiently as possible.  
Ordering
Our goal is to make your entire experience at Bibs & Cribs an enjoyable one.  This includes providing our customers with multiple options to place an order.  The most efficient option, and the option that provides you the most comprehensive information, is to place your orders while logged in to your Bibs & Cribs account.  We understand that not everyone wants to create an account, so we have developed the ability for you to place an order without signing in, as a guest to our web site.  While you will have limited access to order information by using this option, you can still be assured that all personal information collected throughout the order process is protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. 
Payment & Promotions
Bibs & Cribs accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card to provide our customers with multiple payment options.  We have partnered with Authorize.net to provide best-in-class credit card processing, and through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol encryption, your personal information (such as a credit card number) is protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
From time to time, Bibs & Cribs will offer our customers special promotions on certain products.  Often times these special promotions are redeemed by the use of a Coupon Code that is used during checkout.  Additionally, any product that is currently on sale will have the sales price clearly marked.  These special promotions apply to our already low prices, and often times apply to our sale items as well.  The best way to stay informed about our special promotions and sales is to subscribe to receive our periodic newsletter.  You may do this by logging in to the 'My Account' section of the site, or by by entering your email address at our newsletter sign up page.
Price Match Guarantee 
Bibs & Cribs strives to provide our customers the highest quality products, at the best possible value.  As such, if you find a better price for the identical item, just submit a price match request to our Customer Service department and we will meet or beat any competitor's pricing.

* Item must be sold by an authorized US distributor.

* Does not apply to misprints, close out items, or liquidation items.
Viewing Orders
If an order is placed while logged in to your account, you will have the ability to view all aspects of your order including: shipping address, shipping method, billing address, billing method, item information, price, order comments, and much more.  You will also have the option to print your order details and will have access to one-click reorder of the items on that order.  This functionality is available to you 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Updating Account Information
We have worked very hard to provide our customers with a web site and shopping experience that is based on consistency, ease of use, security, and functionality.  It is our goal that your experience at Bibs & Cribs meets or exceeds your expectations for what a first-class e-commerce web site should be.  After creating your account at Bibs & Cribs, you will notice a very comprehensive account structure that  includes features such as: account dashboard, personal information, address book, previous order history, your product reviews, your wishlist, the ability to subscribe/unsubscribe from our newsletter, and much more.  To update any of your account information, simply log in to the 'My Account' section of the site, make your changes, and then save those changes - that's it.  As with all aspects of our site, you can be assured that all information stored on our servers is protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
